Thank you for shopping at The MoonForest Village. We take pride in every enchanted piece we offer, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Because many of our products are made to order by our fulfillment partners, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been personalized or customized.
To start a return, please email us at moonforest1957@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at moonforest1957@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalized orders, digital products, and items marked as final sale.
